Updates

Check and install app/host updates through the bridge app-updates API.

Desktop Settings / Updates calls POST /open-bot/app-updates (check or install). Host upgrades can run via /open-bot/upgrade/status and /run with dry-run support. Always backup platform state before schema migrations — see repo docs/UPGRADING.md.
