First connector

Connect GitHub, Slack, Gmail, or another app so the agent can read and act with your credentials.

Connectors are listed under Settings → Connected apps and on the marketplace. Token apps store credentials encrypted under openbot-connectors/. OAuth apps need client id/secret in bridge env.

  1. Open Settings → Connected apps (or the Connect apps page).
  2. Choose an app → Connect. For PAT apps, paste the token into the masked field.
  3. Run Test connection. Connected is set only after a real read succeeds (e.g. GitHub GET /user, Slack auth.test).
  4. Ask the agent to use that tool in chat.
OAuth redirect default: http://127.0.0.1:3100/open-bot/connectors/oauth/callback. Register that URI on the OAuth client.
