Create a plugin

Build a plugin with one skill and an optional MCP connector, validate it, and publish.

1. Author a skill (guide).
2. Optionally attach an MCP connector definition.
3. Add a manifest the marketplace can list (slug, name, description).
4. Test install from the marketplace UI; confirm Test connection if a connector is included.
5. Submit via directory publish when ready for others.
