The persistent owner desktop screen: wake, VNC URL, hand-back, and idle hibernation.

Opening Computer calls ensure. Until the noVNC probe succeeds, state is starting and vncUrl is null. When ready, the viewer is the sand-gateway path /open-bot/computer/view/vnc.html (password in URL fragment only).

• Wake must answer inside the desktop’s ~15s budget or the UI shows “Can’t reach the screen”.
• Idle stop: both containers stop when activity is older than OPENBOT_SANDBOX_IDLE_MS (default 30 minutes).
• Hand-back records that the owner took the pointer; focus alone does not count as activity.
