Catalog, selection API, and subscription vs API-key auth.

Authenticated GET /open-bot/models returns groups (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Google, Ollama, custom). Cloud with no key shows “add key”. Selection: POST /open-bot/models/selection with scope: default|session.
