Custom providers

Add OpenAI-compatible, Anthropic-compatible, or alternate Ollama hosts from Settings.

Discover calls GET /v1/models. Test sends a one-token request. Keys encrypted; openclaw.json gets env placeholders. Custom endpoints do not start openclaw-ollama.
